For those who missed it, Elon Musk fell in love with Texas, the state in which Tesla is constructing the new American Gigafactory. He has recently chose to relocate Tesla's headquarters to Texas, so you should expect to hear a lot of huge news coming from Texas in the future. And they do, as demonstrated by this flyover footage.
Tesla indicated that they will move their cars to a structural battery pack once production issues with their 4680 battery cells are resolved. The miracle will take place at Gigafactory Texas, as proven in a recent video released online. The film, which is intended to demonstrate the progress of the Gigafactory Texas development, includes a rare view of an odd automobile body put onto a trailer.

Despite its striking resemblance to Model Y lines, this body-in-white appears to lack a bottom structure. This has the Internet in a frenzy, since it indicates that Tesla is getting closer to incorporating the structural battery pack into the car's body. This is significant since existing electric vehicles have their battery packs attached to the vehicle's body, necessitating additional reinforcements to support the battery's weight.
Not only will the structural battery packs eliminate the need for body reinforcements, but they will also act as body reinforcement. As a result, it enables the car to be attached to it rather than the other way around. Elon Musk has described the new technology as a manufacturing revolution for the automobile industry. It has a number of advantages, including a faster rate of production and vehicles that are lighter and more rigid.

Tesla previously hinted that they would use the structural battery pack to put items that are typically mounted to the body floor, such as the seat mounts. Additionally, the front and back "megacastings" will round out the platform, which will be "married" to a body similar to the one seen in the video.
Tesla Gigafactory Texas was scheduled to begin production by the end of this year, with the Model Y serving as the factory's debut vehicle. Later on, the Cybertruck will also reach the assembly line. However, ramping up Model Y production at Giga Texas is planned to begin in the first half of 2022.
