On the occasion of Martyr's Day, China's social media platforms broadcast the video. The PLA's Western Theatre Command has published a propaganda film.

China recently conducted a series of manoeuvres with the Western Theatre Command at high altitude in the Tibet area, using cutting-edge technology.

Hundreds of troops are purportedly seen lined up in rows and screaming military slogans on the banks of a river near the Galwan Valley in the PLA's footage. The footage, however, has not been independently confirmed.

Chinese forces are shown in the video paying homage to four soldiers who perished in battles with Indian troops.

China has reprimanded social media users who questioned the Communist Party's account of the events in Galwan. During the fighting at Galwan, four Chinese soldiers were killed. India lost twenty men, while sources said that Chinese deaths were significantly greater.

China withdrew troops and tanks from the Pangong Tso area of Ladakh in February following a standoff with the Indian Army.

China had broken the arrangement about the Line of Actual Control (LAC) by attempting to move along the advanced posts, but was repulsed by Indian forces.

Other regions along the LAC remain tense, with both nations conducting routine patrols.
