Binance's CEO has committed to support Tesla CEO Elon Musk in whatever decision he makes on the $44 billion Twitter deal, over which the latter is now engaged in a court struggle.
On Sunday, Changpeng Zhao, the CEO of Binance, discussed Elon Musk's decision to scrap the planned acquisition of Twitter due to the volume of spam or automated accounts the network was home to. Zhao referred to the offer as being "somewhat pricey" when a Twitter user requested him to "purchase Twitter".

Twitter blames Musk for revenue drop

On Friday, Twitter revealed poor financial results and partially attributed them to Musk's takeover proposal. Due to "advertising sector challenges... as well as uncertainty relating to the potential acquisition of Twitter by an affiliate of Elon Musk," the company claimed, the microblogging site underperformed with sales of $1.18 billion.
Musk, a frequent Twitter user, spoke out against the company's profits and referred to himself as "rubber" and Twitter as "glue." The billionaire tweeted, "I'm rubber, they're glue."
