MOUNT EVEREST ACCESS IN AN ELECTRIC CAR

"All we're trying to do is illustrate that only electric cars can get here."

In the short movie To Mount Qomolangma by Tesla, Trensen Chongqing chronicled his journey. He was happy that the Tesla 318 Supercharging Route had just been finished. He quickly embarked on their expedition with his team.

"But everyone believed I was crazy,"

Chongqing was informed by several doubters that he couldn't possibly charge his car up there. Too far, in fact. It must be impossible for an EV if it's impossible for a car with an internal combustion engine. He was also warned by someone that he had little chance of succeeding and that they would buy him a month's supply of hotpot if he did.

THE CHALLENGE WAS ACCEPTED BY CHONGQING.

"I enjoy difficulties."

The trip's main focus should be on the actual journey. The journey itself is what matters, not the final destination. the challenges, the people, and the opportunity for learning. The entire purpose of a road trip, according to Chongqing, is driving.

There will be numerous unanticipated problems. You must determine how to address them as they arise.

Chongqing and his team faced difficulties like as traffic bottlenecks, land slides in the Jinsha River, and having to sleep in the automobile. The fact that Tesla has Camp Mode made it possible for them to accomplish this safely.

THE PLATEAU IS HARDER THAN EV ON ICE CARS

Chongqing noted that ICE vehicles had a tougher time reaching the plateau than EVs do.

Fuel automobiles may experience inadequate combustion on the plateaus, while electric cars won't. Wow, once you put your foot down. Feels as though the entire world is yours.

"Everything is brand-new and uncharted. Your valuable asset will be these experiences.
