The Ram Revolution Concept truck is expected to be unveiled the evening before the LA Auto Show in November, according to Ram Trucks CEO Mike Koval Jr., increasing competition in the market where the Tesla Cybertruck would be competing. In 2024, the car is anticipated to go on sale.
There isn't much information known about the Ram Revolution EV pickup, but the concept car's introduction would probably provide some important facts. The Ram Revolution Concept would probably be revealed on November 17 given that the LA Auto Show is scheduled to run from November 18 to 27.

The CEO highlighted that the wait will be worthwhile despite Ram Trucks entering the battery-electric pickup truck market somewhat late compared to its longtime rival Ford, which is currently shipping the F-150 Lightning to customers, and General Motors, which has already launched the Silverado EV. Koval predicted that the Stellantis brand would "push beyond" its rivals in the market for electric pickup trucks in a statement to the Detroit Free Press.
The business would accomplish this by making sure that the Ram Revolution EV has "fundamental features" that pickup truck buyers value. These consist of hauling and towing duties as well as other capabilities that make vehicles practical for actual work. Ram Trucks would therefore be on the "precipice of something amazing" for the following six to eight months, according to the CEO.

"More and more truck buyers are considering electrifying their pickups, but they do not want to give up the essential qualities that make a truck a truck, such as the ability to tow, haul, and, in the future, have a range and charge time. In other words, the message we're getting from comments thus far is that "trucks still need to perform truck things," Koval added.
The RAM Revolution EV would not be based on a current platform, in contrast to the Ford F-150 Lightning. Instead, Stellantis STLA Frame would serve as the foundation for it. The anticipated 200 kWh battery pack will also give it a range of up to 500 miles. For the car, a 159 kWh battery option is also anticipated.
The Cybertruck will face a variety of tough rivals, but Tesla's technological edge, support for Superchargers, and Autopilot would be the car's main selling factors. Elon Musk has also consistently maintained that it will be worth the wait for the all-electric pickup truck. The CEO has stated that the Cybertruck's initial production should begin some time in 2019.
